The hazelnut plantation was established in the 60s for a confectionery factory in Jaroslaw (liquidated in 1997). In process of refreshing and general cleanup. Trees are free of disease, with most roots 30 - 40 years old. Several types of hazelnut plants. Healthy and robust buds and flowers.
Excellent access; right next to Laszki -Lubaczów highway. 10 min. to A4 Motorway crisscrossing Poland from Germany (4 hrs to the West) to Ukraine (20 min. to the East). Slovakian border is 1.5 hrs South.

- over 1500 deeply rooted plants.
- output of approx. 4 kg per plant / 1.2 T / ha.
- varieties suitable for hazelnut oil pressing, with 18 % linolenic acid content,
almost twice that of Mediterranean varieties.
