Price in southern Bucharest price is still significantly lower than in the north, west and east with better overall access, utilities and amenities than most locations in Bucharest or Romania overall.
There are plans to widen the Bucharest ring road, increasing accessibility to this complex. While within the Bucharest ring road, the industrial complex does not belong administratively to Bucharest. Most businesses located within Bucharest will have to pass strict traffic and environmental tests, leading to business migration and increasing attractiveness of this complex for warehousing and office space given its immediate proximity to Bucharest.
