The wine production area, built with a reinforced concrete structure, has a height of 6 m and a load capacity of 1.000 kg, allowing the installation of a plant cover and the same extension of future buildings.
Due to its construction, the building is usually semi-covered, with a vegetation cover of 70 cm and therefore without visual influences and with a stable temperature throughout the year.
The winery has underground water and electricity connections on each plot, its own well and waste water treatment system, tractors and agricultural equipment.
