Gaminvest presents this industrial warehouse for sale, in Komadi, Hajdu-Bihar county, Hungary.
Komadi is a town located 34 km from the Bors border crossing in Bihor county, Romania.
The warehouse lies on a 4900 sqm plot of land.
It consists of a ground floor and one upper floor and a textile factory currently operates within. It is built of bricks.
The ground floor area is 2452 sqm, while the upper floor area is 1245 sqm.
On the ground floor, there are two production areas, one with 920 sqm, the other with 490 sqm. Both production areas are 9 m tall. They feature all the necessary equipment for a sewing section, the electrical wiring for the equipment having already been installed. On the ground floor, there are 6 offices with areas ranging from 24 sqm to 150 sqm. The warehouse contains the following storerooms:
